Mindfulness - The Super Power We Can Learn

I'm finding that the key to so many of the good things I've learned to do over the last few years is "mindfulness"

From books I've read, it appears to do everything good:

  • improve willpower
  • improve mental health
  • reduce stress
  • reduce heart disease
  • lower blood pressure
  • reduce chronic pain
  • improve sleep

And it's not just hippy dippy psychology and self-help books that recommend it.

Even in business books like "Getting to Yes" by Fisher and Ury have the concept of "going to the balcony", which is just mindfulness.
