Book: "How to Raise an Adult" by Julie Lythcott-Haims
This book was great, and changed the dynamic in my house; I started trusting my kids more and giving them more responsibility and it really paid off. Basic theory is we are doing too much for our kids and in the process making our kids useless. Obviously there's another extreme of parental neglect, but it's trying to find somewhere in the middle. 5/5
