Audiobook: "Mad Travelers" by Dave Seminara

Mediocre book about extreme travellers who want to visit every country/territory/island on various lists, spiced up with a story of a "interesting" person The main fun of listening is seeing a toxic personality thriving on the attention of the author and spotting the recurring patterns learned from watching Dr Ramani videos. The stakes on peoples lives are quite low, which makes it easier to enjoy. Travel book 3/5; Toxic personality book: 4/5

Audiobook: "When Asia Was The World" by Stewart Gordon

An interesting 5 hour audiobook about journeys around Asia, makes me want to go on a decade long holiday travelling through China, Tibet, Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Pakistan, India, Iraq, Iran, Turkey and pretty much everywhere between the Pacific Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. For a non-fiction history book, surprisingly inspiring as a travel guide. Best read/listened to, with Google Maps open on your PC to see how far some of these voyages went 5/5
